Dowsing is a divination tool that was used to locate groundwater, oil, minerals and other natural resources. Remember the Law of Conservation of Energy:

Dowsing is simply transforming energy to your highest and greatest good. Think of it as a redirecting of flow/energy.

It is a reading done remotely. I will send you a detailed report 72 hours after your booked appointment. If it takes longer than 72 hours to get your report, please be patient.

No. Just be open and ready to release and receive. It is important to rest and hydrate (with water) to assist in the healing. The healing starts immediately once session is purchased.

Due to the nature of the product, there is a strict no refund policy. Your appointment may be rescheduled one time.

REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS

We do not provide refunds or cancellations for any product or service for any reason including delay in shipping due to the nature of our product. Refunds may be considered if there is an error in your order which was made by Sacred Woman Heal, LLC.  If a customer orders an product, please note that there is a no refund policy on all orders. Customer will not be allowed to exchange for another item.

INCORRECT AND/OR MISSING ITEMS:

Should you find that your order is missing an item, PLEASE CONTACT US AT SACREDWOMANHEAL@GMAIL.COM WITHIN 5-7 DAYS OF DELIVERY TO GET A REPLACEMENT SENT TO YOU, IF AVAILABLE.  A photo of the incorrect item and a picture of the invoice MUST be sent to the email provided.  If the photo or invoice can not be provided we can not send out the replacement item. When emailing, please put "Incorrect/Missing Item" in the Subject Box. Please be sure to include ORDER NUMBER in the email for reference.

LOST/MISSING/STOLEN PACKAGES

Packages lost, stolen, missing, or indicated delivered by the United States Post Office can be frustrating as we do understand. Please send us an email that your item was lost/stolen as we will need to document this issue. If the package is shipped out correctly by the Sacred Woman Heal, LLC and it gets lost or stolen, we as the shipper is not responsible. You will need to file a claim with the United States Post Office online at https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm The claim can take up to two weeks. Unfortunately, If they do not accept responsibility, this issue is between you and the carrier.
