Section I - Refund Policy

DUE TO THE NATURE OF THE PRODUCTS ALL SALES ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE. 

Section II - Shipping Policy

 

REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS

We do not provide refunds or cancellations for any product or service for any reason including delay in shipping due to the nature of our product. Refunds may be considered if there is an error in your order which was made by Sacred Woman Heal.  If a customer orders an product, please note that there is a no refund policy on all orders. Customer will not be allowed to exchange for another item.

INCORRECT AND/OR MISSING ITEMS:

Should you find that your order is missing an item, PLEASE CONTACT US AT SACREDWOMANHEAL@GMAIL.COM WITHIN 5-7 DAYS OF DELIVERY TO GET A REPLACEMENT SENT TO YOU, IF AVAILABLE.  A photo of the incorrect item and a picture of the invoice MUST be sent to the email provided.  If the photo or invoice can not be provided we can not send out the replacement item. When emailing, please put "Incorrect/Missing Item" in the Subject Box. Please be sure to include ORDER NUMBER in the email for reference.

LOST/MISSING/STOLEN PACKAGES

Packages lost, stolen, missing, or indicated delivered by the United States Post Office can be frustrating as we do understand. Please send us an email that your item was lost/stolen as we will need to document this issue. If the package is shipped out correctly by the Sacred Woman Heal and it gets lost or stolen, we as the shipper is not responsible. You will need to file a claim with the United States Post Office online at https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm. The claim can take up to two weeks. Unfortunately, If they do not accept responsibility, this issue is between you and the carrier.

We, Sacred Woman Heal,  are a spiritual life coaching business dedicated to helping individuals achieve personal and spiritual growth journeys. We provide coaching services and products with the utmost care and professionalism. However, it is important to understand the following before engaging in a coaching relationship or purchasing our products:

Non-Substitute for Professional Advice: Sacred Woman Heal, spiritual life coaching services are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, financial, or legal advice nor are they a substitute for religious or spiritual guidance from qualified clergy members. We are not licensed therapists, counselors, financial advisors, or attorneys. If you are in need of specific guidance in these areas, we recommend seeking the assistance of a qualified professional.

 

  1. Client Responsibility: As a client, you acknowledge that you are responsible for your own decisions, actions, and outcomes. Sacred Woman Heal, will work with you to set and achieve goals, but your success ultimately depends on your own efforts and commitment. While we strive to offer guidance, support, and strategies to assist clients in achieving their goals, we do not guarantee specific outcomes or results. Success in goal attainment is influenced by various factors, including individual circumstances, readiness for change, and external variables beyond our control. Clients acknowledge that the realization of their goals ultimately depends on their own actions, decisions, and dedication to the process.

 

  1. Confidentiality: Sacred Woman Heal is committed to maintaining the confidentiality of our coaching sessions. However, please be aware that there are legal and ethical limitations to confidentiality. If you disclose any intention to harm yourself or others, Sacred Woman Heal, is obligated to take appropriate steps to ensure safety. Additionally, we respect your personal spiritual beliefs and will create a non-judgmental space for exploration and growth. Sacred Woman Heal may be required to disclose information if we believe there is a risk of harm to you or others.

 

  1. Scope of Services: Sacred Woman Heal coaching services are focused on helping you clarify goals, develop strategies, and make positive changes in your life. While we will provide support, motivation, and guidance, Sacred Woman Heal does not guarantee specific results or outcomes.

 

  1. Spiritual Exploration and Development: Sacred Woman Heal coaching services aim to assist you in exploring and developing your spiritual beliefs, practices, and connection. We do not impose any specific spiritual or religious doctrine but rather encourage you to embrace your own beliefs and values.

 

  1. Results and Outcomes: While Sacred Woman Heal will provide guidance and tools to help you progress on your spiritual path, Sacred Woman Heal cannot guarantee specific outcomes or results. Each individual's spiritual journey is unique, and the pace of growth may vary.

 

  1. Termination of Services: Either party (you or Sacred Woman Heal) may choose to terminate our coaching relationship at any time, for any reason. If you are not satisfied with the coaching process, we encourage you to communicate your concerns so that we can address them together.

 

  1. Intellectual Property: Any materials, resources, insights or tools provided during coaching sessions are for your personal use only and should not be shared, reproduced, or distributed without our, Sacred Woman Heal, explicit permission. 
  1. Late Policy: We at Sacred Woman Heal value punctuality and respect for everyone's time. Therefore, it is important to note that if a client arrives more than 15 minutes late to their scheduled appointment, the session will be automatically canceled, and the client must reschedule for a later date. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, but this policy ensures fairness to all clients and allows us to maintain the integrity of our schedule. It is the responsibility of the client to arrive on time for their appointment or provide 24 Hour advance notice if they anticipate being delayed. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to this policy.

     

    By purchasing and engaging in spiritual life coaching services and products of Sacred Woman Heal, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this disclaimer and agree to its terms. You also agree to hold Sacred Woman Heal harmless from any claims, losses, or damages that may arise from your participation in coaching sessions and with use of any of our products.
